How does it work?

bikablo® is an easy to learn visualisation technique that helps you to facilitate meetings and workshops. You don’t need any drawing skills and after the training you will be ready to rock and draw your own awesome flip charts and facilitate meetings!

Over the last 15 years hundreds of key visuals, figures and templates where created and turned into three visual dictionaries as well as into a step-by-step training program.

Welcome to the world of visual languages

In this fundamentals training you’ll be guided step by step into the the world of visual facilitation. You will warm up your drawing skills before we move on deeper into more enhanced techniques.

On the first day you will learn the bikablo® drawing technique and by the end of the day you will be able to present your ideas visually. This includes the following learning objectives:

Day 1

The goal of this day is to reactivate the drawing skills and learn the bikablo® visualisation technique. The outcome is that the people are able to present their ideas on a flip chart in words and pictures. This includes the following learning objectives:

  • Drawing simple shapes
  • Use bikablo® containers to structure content
  • How to draw figures
  • Combine figures and graphics
  • Layout a flip chart page using bikablo® z-layout
  • How to prepare a visual meeting

Day 2

 

After learning the fundamentals we focus on the second day on how to apply the new learning at work and improve your handwriting. We will learn the following:

 

 

  • Clean handwriting

  • Work in layers for better use of space

  • How to apply my drawing skills at work

  • Learn how to capture conversations live (graphic recording)

  • Engage people with story telling that make you care

Day 3 to Day 60

(Optional, Only $550 incl. GST)

After attending the training we accompany you over the next 58 days to apply your new skills at work. You will get feedback and inspiration from us and we support you to get started with your visual work inside your organisation:

  • Practise together and get feedback from us and the community (via Slack)

  • Deepen the understanding of visual facilitation

  • Get inspirations how to facilitate workshops & meetings
